Job Description

Tibrio is looking for up to three (3) Web Designer/Developers to join the Digital Experience team (DX). Reporting to the Director of Publisher Success, the growing DX team is a data-driven, creative group responsible for the design, development and support of our Experience Manager (TXM) platform and professional services.

The Web Designer/Developer is a hybrid role that is web design, front-end development and conversion rate strategy & analysis. In this role you will focus heavily on designing mockups to develop in HTML and CSS while applying best practices and modern conversion rate strategies to various web pages. You and the team will focus on optimization services to drive growth and revenue in the digital marketing space. The team uses a continuous, iterative approach to improve conversion rates by conducting A/B and multivariate experiments.

Location

Location: Remote. We are based out of the Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) operating both in the United States and Latin America.  For this specific role we are looking in Mexico, but open to other areas if it makes sense.

Responsibilities

*Design, implement and optimize lead acquisition funnels and web pages using TXM across platforms, devices and channels with direction from the DX team and client stakeholders​

*Create and develop high converting landing pages and subsequent pages

*Expected to grow into full ownership of A/B and multivariate experiments from concept to completion (includes design, development, and QA)

*Use traffic and engagement data to enhance user behavior insights and prioritize opportunities through A/B and multivariate testing

*Actively enhance the user journey, taking action on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements ​

*Design and develop mobile-responsive themes, landing pages, forms and other reusable web components

*Produce high-quality digital experiences through cross-browser and device testing

*Seek and understand current industry trends/technologies to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition

*Contribute to the development and improvement of team processes and strategies

Qualifications

*Proficient with modern HTML and CSS and JS.

*Applicants must be able to code and have knowledge to adhere to best practices and cross-browser/device usability.

*Working experience in and strong understanding of conversion rate optimization, lead generation, A/B and multivariate split testing, and web analytics.

*Experience with Drupal 8, Bootstrap, SASS, Figma, Photoshop, and GIT repositories a plus, but not required.

*Hands-on experience using conversion rate optimization and experiment tools similar to Optimizely, VWO, ClickFunnels etc, as well as website analytics tools like Google Analytics, CrazyEgg, Hotjar, etc.

*Basic statistical analysis skills as it relates to optimization, as well as a systematic approach to developing a final experience that drives results.

*Understanding of user behavior and mobile usability principles to optimize for audience segments. *Note: this is not a UX role

*Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.

*Web/landing page/mobile conversion optimization experience is a plus
